Job description

Seeking a Worship Director who will plan, coordinate, schedule, and lead worship services. Candidate must be oversee the band, vocalists, sound engineers, video producers, and occasionally dancers, actors, and artists – who collectively comprise the worship arts team. We are a multi-generational and diverse congregation, committed to volunteers who give of their time to be led by a Worship Arts leader dedicated to serving the Lord and serving others. They work very closely with the senior pastor and various church leaders. Individual should be cooperative teamwork is at its best when presenting well-organized and inspiring services. Included in this position are praise team and choir group development, training, and creative thinking for the major events presented annually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
