ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accept, screen, and route telephone calls and inquiries as appropriate, assist with mailing student transcript requests and enrollment verification, evaluation of transcripts, copying, scanning, data entry, other office duties as needed.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

Must be eligible, have received and accepted work-study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical thinking, computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel), Banner knowledge and terminology, ability to use office machines (telephone, fax, copier, printer, and scanning machines, effective oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail; ability to organize work and perform duties with a high level of accuracy, maintain complete confidentiality of academic records at all times (FERPA), and must be able to work well with diverse groups of individuals.
