AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation, world leader in the design and manufacture of broadband, RF amplifiers, has an exciting opportunity for a Microelectronics Assembler.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and perform Die-Bonding tasks with Palomar Die-Bonding equipment.

· Set up and perform Wire Bonding tasks with West Bond and/or K&S Wire Bonding equipment.

· Perform microscopic soldering over a hot plate with stereo zoom microscope visual aid conditions

· General hybrid module assembly utilizing component surface mounting

· Use conductive epoxy and solder cream paste reflow techniques

Basic Requirements:

· Die-Bonding and Wire Bonding experience

· Experience with Clean operations a plus

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

· 2-5 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

· Excellenthand-eye coordination

· Ability to work under a microscope for long periods of time

· Strong ability to read and interpret assembly drawings
