A day in the life...
Wine Sales Associate, you are on the front lines of excellent customer service experience. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be a part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.
Requirements
What you will do...
To be successful as a Wine Sales Associate, we're looking for team members who take pride in a job well done. Your thorough work ethic will be a part of providing an amazing experience for our international wine vendors. This role requires positive energy, attention to detail, relationship building, and results driven individual. Previous experience in a sales role, account management, and wine industry knowledge for this position is required. We are happy to train efficient, observant, and personable people who are proud to deliver high quality service.
- Drive merchandise sales for international vendors.
- Ability to work independently with minor supervision.
- Showcase advanced sales skills.
- Keep Track of Inventory
- Customer Interaction.
Must haves
Ability to speak, read, & write Japanese.
Wine Knowledge
Flexible Schedule due to international customers
At least 21 years of age.
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift 25lbs.
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on POS station for extended periods.
