Pay rate: $17.44-$24/hour (based on experience)
This position is part-time. Schedules include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays & weekends.

Our Wellness Coaches provide a high-value experience for our members, staff, and guests by building relationships with the goal of sharing expertise during orientations, teaching proper exercise techniques, and assisting members in designing safe and appropriate workout plans; they promote healthy living through motivation and information sharing.

Minimum Qualifications-

• Previous experience with fitness (either personal fitness or teaching fitness); working knowledge of safe and effective workout practices.
• Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice (DOJ) & FBI, which includes sex offender screening.

Preferred Qualifications-

• Language skills in Spanish.
• Comfortable using a variety of fitness equipment.
