• Delivers to and picks up parts and equipment from customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, vendors and service technicians.
• Verifies that invoices match purchase orders and payments are received for each pickup when applicable.
• Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pickups, ensuring to obtain customer signature on each delivery entry.
• Unloads truck each night.
• Timely processing of paperwork and return of undelivered parts.
• Basic car maintenance (filling gas tank, checking oil, keeping it clean, ensuring required inspections are performed).
• Helps maintain the professional and cleanly appearance of the Parts Department.
• Assists with inventory stocking and posting orders upon arrival to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.
• Crates all cores for shipment back to the manufacturer when part has been replaced.
• Other duties to meet business requirements.

• High school diploma or GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior route delivery driver experience

ADDITIONAL:

• Must have current, valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass drug screen
• Must have the ability to travel throughout assigned route
• Must have flexible schedule (overtime is unpredictable and unavoidable)
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration.
