Warehouse Manager (5+ years exp, $75,000-$100,000) Description

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to add to their team in Solomon, KS. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management and have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other modern warehouse technologies. Warehouse Manager (5+ years exp, $75,000-$100,000) Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Manage a team of warehouse employees
• Conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement procedures to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, following OSHA and DOT regulations
• Maintain export shipping processes and forms
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure customer needs are met
• Ensure that warehouse equipment is properly maintained and repaired
• Continuously evaluate and optimize warehouse processes to increase efficiency
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Warehouse Manager (5+ years exp, $75,000-$100,000) Qualifications

• 5+ years warehouse management experience required
• Warehouse management software experience required
• Export shipping processes and forms experience required
• DOT and OSHA regulations experience required
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
