Warehouse Inventory Controller

Pay: 17.00 Hourly paid Weekly

Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Occasional weekends and overtime required

Objective: This position will serve as the Warehouse Inventory Controller for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. This inventory controller position will support the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor through the management of inventory (inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, dunnage scheduling, and any other inventory process or procedures that are developed as a continuous improvement). In addition to various administrative tasks and other duties deemed necessary to deliver the company's goals.

Job Description: As the WIC, this position will report directly to the local Warehouse Manager and coordinate collectively with them to support the execution of the budget. As the WIC you will be responsible for all inventory management procedures within your warehouse. That will include all inbound scheduling, receiving, transfers, cycle counts, dunnage scheduling, and any other inventory process or procedures that are developed as a continuous improvement. Additionally, you are responsible for communicating with your fellow team members and supporting the business through warehouse processes and procedures.

As Clark Beverage Group Inc represents multiple geographic locations within its territory, some travel may be required for meetings and/or training.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• 2+ Years experience in a sales and distribution-based organization preferably in the food service or beverage industries.
• 1+ Years experience in Warehouse Inventory management including cycle counting, reporting methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• 1+ Years experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (forklift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, critical problem-solving skills, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP software including EoStar
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with team members in verbal and written formats.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate well in a team environment.
