Warehouse Associate

As a warehouse associate at Motobuys.com you will be responsible for packaging, assembling, loading and unloading Semi Tractor Trailers with a forklift, and other activities. Your primary role is to ensure that our powersports products are efficiently and accurately packaged and assembled according to our company standards.

Qualifications

- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS 3-MONTH HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TEST.

- Must have your own transportation.

- Must be willing to work Full Time and be able to work overtime during the week and weekend when required. (Holiday busy season and when needed)

- Must have general knowledge and experience in powersports assembly.

- Must have warehouse experience.

- Must have or be willing to obtain forklift certification. (We will sponsor if need to obtain)

- Must have some experience loading and unloading Semi-Truck Trailers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Packaging: You will be responsible for picking and packaging Dirt bikes, ATV’s, Go Karts, and UTV’s according to specific guidelines. You will be loading our shipments onto Tractor Trailers.

Assembly: You will be required to assemble products using hand or power tools.

This will involve the following and more.

- Uncrating powersports vehicles

- Installing suspension and wheels

- Assembling roll cages

- Installing wiring, lights, winches, and accessories

- Filling tires, tightening chains, adjusting idle speed and carburetor, adjusting bars, levers, and brakes.

Quality Control: You will be responsible for conducting quality control checks to ensure that all vehicles are in good condition and meet our company standards. This will include the following

- Inspecting and Test-driving vehicles

- Making needed adjustments for safety

Inventory Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, BOL management, and other necessary paperwork.

Safety: You will need to follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure that you and your co-workers are safe while working in the warehouse.

Communication: You will need to communicate effectively with your co-workers and supervisors to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Cleaning and Maintenance: You will be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.

In general, you will need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable working with your hands and using tools to assemble and package vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
