Star Valley Provisions, a distributor of the Boar's Head Brand, is currently seeking an energetic, dependable, and motivated individual to join our warehouse/delivery personnel team in Roanoke.

This job is multifaceted between accurately fulfilling orders and unloading truck shipments in a refrigerated warehouse, as well as assisting with deliveries.

Must be hardworking and reliable, self-driven, willing to learn, enjoy a hands-on approach to learning, and able to work well with others.

Position Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pull orders from a pick slip and enter in computer system.
• Lift 40+ lbs. daily
• Unload shipments to warehouse and rotate product
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in cold temperatures for hours at a time.
• Ability to pass random drug tests and background check.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting effectively.
• Basic skills in math, reading, and writing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local delivery area a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
