What Will I Be Doing?

Warehouse associates will be responsible for the following aspects of our daily shipping and receiving processes:

Accurate and efficient order picking, packing and fulfillment; Conducting inventory cycle counts; Receiving product and accurate put-away; Working within 3Eye's systems to input data and transactions; Warehouse sanitation activities; Captaining configuration assemblies.

What Do I Need to Demonstrate?

As well as a hunger to learn & succeed, and a passion for working in a small, fast-growing company, to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to report to work on-time when scheduled and maintain attendance.
• Ability to demonstrate basic to mid-level aptitude with computer software and technology.
• Ability to guide and direct others through new or updated processes.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with manager and co-workers.
• Self-starter - ability to see work that needs to be done and take initiative to do it.
• Ability to balance speed and efficiency with accuracy during daily processes.
• Ability to work within 3Eye systems through handheld scanning device or laptop.
• High school diploma or equivalent
