Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with accounts receivable experience and excellent customer service skills to work at a leading supplier with more than 50+ years of industry experience!
- $17.00/hr
- Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit or Pay Card
- 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm)
- Full-time (40 hours)

What You'll Do as an Accounts Receivable / Account Support Specialist:
- Help the company succeed by servicing accounts and retaining customers.
- Address customer service, account, product, and shipment inquiries.
- Evaluate solutions and act to resolve, document, and satisfy customers.
- Coordinate conflict resolution with internal departments, vendors, and carriers.
- Help customers with product selection, pricing, account information, and ordering.
- Enter or edit orders into the computer system and review any special instructions.
- Address backorders, availability, sizes, colors, or product substitutions.
- Process and prepare returns and RMA's.
- Assist clients with account receivables, invoices, and statements.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles
- Have account reconciliation and accounts receivables experience
- Have excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
- Show initiative, multitasking, problem-solving, and informed decision-making with customer satisfaction in mind
- Be capable of prioritizing business needs and being adaptable
- Be good with math and able to calculate percentages, discounts, and taxes
- Be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Have accurate data entry and 10-key skills (Peoplesoft experience is a plus)
- Be comfortable working independently and collaboratively
