Victor 12 is actively seeking a Virtual Instructor Host to support multiple projects within our Training Operations Division.

Job Summary:
The Virtual Instructor Host will demonstrate the ability to host virtual instruction via online delivery platforms (e.g. Adobe Connect, WebEx) and support Instructional Systems Design efforts within a matrixed team environment. The Virtual Instructor Host is responsible for contributing to the virtual delivery (hosting) of training materials. The Virtual Instructor Host works as part of the Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) delivery team and under the supervision of a Project Manager and/or Senior ISD. This position is remote with the ability to support normal working hours in Eastern Standard Time (8:30-5:30pm core hours).

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Virtual Training Host responsible for the logistics and technical support of presenters and participants during virtual instructor-led training courses through the management of web-conferencing software and facilitation of software functionality throughout the course (e.g., Adobe Connect, Blackboard). Synchronous course deliveries may support between 2-1000 participants per live event.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience OR
• Master’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience
• Related experience can include any customer service role utilizing technology with a focus on creating positive customer experience. Mentoring or other supervisory, leadership skills.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with a solid grasp of English grammar and usage and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish and maintain rapport within online environment with students, instructors, and customer team members
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent ISD and/or Hosting experience working on Government contracts.
• Demonstrated history of regular, ongoing training delivery and support.
• Experience/working familiarity with online delivery/collaborative platforms to include WebEx, Zoom, Blackboard.
