Primary Responsibilities

• Full time employement of 38 to 42 hours per week as a veterinary technician or veterinary assistant (based on experience).
• Duties include taking patient histories, running laboratory tests, filling prescription medications, educating clients, monitoring and assisting in surgery, performing dental cleanings, taking digital radiographs, aiding in care for our hospitalized pets.
• Showing clients what differentiates us from other practices to ensure they value the quality care we provide.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior veterinary experience is required.
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
• Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Starting pay will be based on experience.

Practice Location

Our practice is located at 82 Grapevine Highway and serves the communities of Colleyville, Hurst, Euless, Bedford, and North Richland Hills.
