Camino Alto Veterinary Hospital is looking for full time Veterinary Receptionist and a full time assistant. We are busy reputable small animal hospital in Mill Valley, California, and pride ourselves in excellent client & patient care. We are one big loving family, that reflects in our every day dealing with each other and our clients.

We are looking for front desk individual with strong ethics, people and team friendly and motivated in best customer service. Duties will include greeting & bonding with clients and their fur babies, scheduling appointments, every aspect of client communication, medical forms & reception paperwork, inventory management, assisting refilling medications , client education & follow up post patient visit and business development. The right individual has a potential to grow to managerial position in this role. The right candidate will be punctual, hard working, self motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills , and willing to go above expectations in client and patient care.

This position is ideal for the candidate with exceptional receptionist experience in Veterinary hospital or other animal fields, however willing to train the right candidate.

Salary: $19.00 - $24.96 per hour
