Value Chain Digitalization Lead

In this role you will be responsible for implementation of global and local value chain digitalization strategies and roadmaps in Drives Product division in New Berlin, WI, ensuring continuously improvement in business process harmonization and simplification, upstream and downstream alignment. You will serve as a key resource to drive business applications fit to purpose and key user community is well trained.

Your responsibilities

• Support global and local business digitalization transformation strategy by executing assigned projects or continuous improvement actions
• Identify value stream improvement opportunities and translate business needs to Information System demand requirements
• Lead user acceptance testing and system cutover activities when applicable
• Actively collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, internal and external IS delivery teams to ensure business application solutions robust and reliable
• Follow ABB project management gate model project management guidelines and manage assigned projects with quality
• Learn factory transformation target process and technology, proactively support the solution and drive continuous improvements
• Serve as a process lead in one or more value chain functional area to ensure fit for purpose ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and non-ERP business system solutions as well as end to end process efficiency

Your background

• Bachelor degree and 12 years of work experience OR Associate degree and 14 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 16 years of work experience required
• Previous experience with ERP implementation and business process transformation required
• Previous experience with SAP MM, PP, and WM and the discrete manufacturing market required
• Knowledge of business process in production, supply chain, sales operation, or quality management highly preferred
• Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is preferred
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
