We are a vacation rental management company in Brunswick County specializing in upscale luxury rentals on Ocean Isle, Holden Beach, and Oak Island. We are looking for a self motivated, organized, hard working individual who can handle the fast paced and multifaceted nature of the industry. Job duties include but are not limited to managing, scheduling, and coordinating with cleaning crews, inspectors, maintenance staff and vendors. You would also be in communication with the owners of the homes we manage and be required to work on site on the islands a few days a week, but the rest of the time could be spent working at the office and or from home (as long as you are self motivated and have good time management skills). Other duties include making and keeping up with expense reports, invoicing, and light social media marketing.

We are a small family owned company that's high energy and fast paced (in the summer months) rapidly expanding and looking for someone to grow with! We offer competitive pay with performance based bonuses and lots of growth opportunity. We would prefer someone with experience in the industry but does not have to be licensed.

This is a full time position Friday - Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. You will be required to work weekends and be on call during holidays since those are our busy times. We offer 14 days paid vacation and 5 days paid personal / sick days.
