Type: Inpatient Rehabilitation RN

Location: Alpena, MI.

Fidé is currently seeking a Social Worker of Infant & Childhood Mental Health with 2+ years of current experience for a 13 -week contract in Brattleboro, VT.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• RN MI License
• MUST Float to MedSurg Unit!
• Travel experience - Preferred
• Please notate if candidate has EPIC experience in the last year
• COVID Vaccination Card and Current Flu Shot Status
• Skills Checklist from within the past year
• Interview Availability (best time and days)
• Resume
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36

Shift: 12 Hour Nights

Weekend Requirements: EOW

Holiday Requirements: TBD

On-Call Requirement: No Call
