Job Description:

***SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE***

Provides day to day supervision and living skills instruction for the residents and carries out duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Program Coordinator at a 24/7 facility. This includes providing training and support for residents to help them attain maximum independence and maintenance of appropriate documentation. A TLP Advisor is required to use independent judgment (or works under the direction of supervisor) when performing job tasks/providing services. As part of Centerstone’s team-oriented philosophy, a TLP Advisor is expected to actively participate in variety of cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives. Requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (social work, juvenile justice, etc.) or related field with some specific course work (e.g., psychology, education, social work, rehabilitation, sociology, special education, and therapeutic recreation) required OR Associates Degree plus one year of mental health experience.
• TB testing also required. Position requires experience working with the public or a demonstrated interest to work with different population.
• Per funding source must be at least 21 years of age.
• Work with target populations, human service work, crisis intervention work preferred.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass required training within 90 days probationary period, and maintain thereafter.
