As a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) at Country Manor, you'll be responsible for providing client care and medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of both safety and efficiency, who prides themselves in delivering only the highest quality of care for their clients.

To succeed in this role, you must also have strong communication skills, as you'll regularly interact with clients, families, and other members of our team.

Requirements:

• Trained Medication Aide Certification through the State of MN is REQUIRED
• CNA certification is preferred, but can be certified upon employment
• CPR certification is preferred, but can be certified upon employment
• One year of medication aide experience preferred
• Previous home health aide experience preferred
