A Green Bay Paper Mill is currently looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant. The Accounting Assistant will be working with the Accounts Payable team assisting with invoices and other accounts payable duties. A qualified Accounting Assistant will have prior accounting experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Accounting and Payroll Assistant Job Highlights:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm

• The pay is $20-25/hour

• This is a temporary role lasting 6 months

What you will be doing:

• Scan and organize files and invoices

• Handle vendor invoices and match them to appropriate orders

• Enter data into company software to track payments

• Setup payments for new vendors

• General accounting duties

• Other duties as required

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equal relevant experience Preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is Preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and trained programs
