About you
:

Our Technical Support team supports on-site technicians and site owners across the country. Handling inbound and outbound phone calls and messaging, Specialists provide top-notch customer service on advanced technical hardware. Creating tickets, troubleshooting and providing diagnostics with customers on-site, and writing work orders for new parts are all routine parts of this role. This remote hybrid position (two days in office) reports to the Call Center Manager. Full time and part time positions are available.


Your day-to-day
:

  • Making outbound calls and fielding inbound calls to provide technical support, troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and create work orders for parts to resolve customer tickets
  • Rapidly problem-solving and generating solutions live on calls and via messaging
  • Communicating calmly, confidently, and positively with customers, listening closely to their needs and responding in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Following detailed procedures to ensure warranty and non-warranty support actions are taken correctly
  • Continuously learning and developing expertise in Able products, including all updates and changes
  • Creating accurate work orders quickly and with exceptional attention to detail
  • Displaying a team-oriented mentality by helping other specialists as needed and communicating positively and effectively in person and via Microsoft Teams


Your skills
:

  • Experience with customer-facing interaction
  • Exceptional technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective at organization, follow-through, and proactive self-management
  • Technical hardware experience preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred
