responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a deep understanding of the technical requirements for the open positions

  • Source, identify, and engage with high-quality engineering candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for the role

  • Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews, including technical assessments and coding challenges, with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

  • Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers and leadership teams

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruiting strategies and processes

  • Collaborate with the founders to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and ensure a fair and equitable hiring process for all candidates

  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on recruiting metrics and progress towards hiring goals.

requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and engage with top engineering talent using various sourcing techniques, including social media, referrals, and networking events

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and tools, with the ability to screen and evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for the role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Interest in expanding knowledge and skills in other areas of HR, such as employee relations, performance management, or diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus

  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting and HR.

Compensation Range: $120K - $160K
