Job Location: Hybrid/ Remote with regular travel to Headquarters Stuttgart, AR.

Job Description

Manages multiple Information Technology projects of cross-functional teams. Familiar with ERP, CRM, or similar scale and scope enterprise projects and mid-sized software development projects. Loyal member of team. Focused on delivering strategic value. Ensures schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables meet deadlines, quality, and scope. Warm relationship skills are crucial to success. Rapport & comradery enable collaborative problem-solving. Communicates constantly with stakeholders and leaders. Must be a technically minded project manager with application development & IT operations implementation experience.

Job Duties

• With direction from stakeholders, manage new IT project rollouts–escalations – consensus building – collaboration to resolve technology issues & bugs and vendor issues.
• Facilitate and work through internal cross company questions about design & architecture.
• Maintain positive encouraging relationships that empower collaboration.
• Use excellent communication skills: manage meetings, handle client success and sales stakeholders, provide constant updates to stakeholders.
• Build camaraderie and rapport with developers and IT technical resources and vendors that drive effective results.
• Drive –be proactive, ask questions, own responsibility, find ways to help the organization succeed.
• Detail oriented, collaborative team building.
• Manage technology projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Technically minded project manager with 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience working on the implementation of an enterprise level system & application deployments.
• Strong ability to quickly embrace client expectations and resolve issues that my affect delivery.
• Winning, warm, friendly, & collaborative communicator that finds ways to deliver results.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate across organizational boundaries in one-on-one and group settings.

KEY SKILLS

• Experience rolling out & maintaining corporate and divisional level IT systems.

• Responsibility to deliver the execution of project results without having direct authority for resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field. Masters preferred.
