The EVERCLEAN crew membrer will be trained to perform a wide range of responsibilities including sales and marketing, cashier duties, and general car wash operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve the customer well and create “WOW” experiences
• Promote and sell monthly EVERCLEAN plans through developing sales strategies
• Ability to handle high volumes of clients and provide exceptional services
• Process customer transactions at the payment terminal
• Maintenance and compliance to housekeeping standards
• Proficient in maintaining safety of vehicles
• Inspect all pickup beds, hanging trim, etc.
• Point out damage visibly for customers and cameras
• Ability to stand, work, and interact with customers in extreme temperatures. Primarily works in an outdoor environment year round. Winter is busy season.

• Always be on-time. As a retail location, hours need to meet customer expectations/needs
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Enjoys meeting and greeting customers and explaining the value of Everwash membership and the quality of the car wash (how we can help them take care of their vehicle’s appearance).

• Aptitude with computers/software
• Handling customer complaints/damages, documenting, and reporting

We're seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual to join an outstanding team in a great location. The ideal candidate will be happy to greet customers, take orders and assist with cleaning duties. Previous experience is not required, but is preferred. Open availability is required to qualify for this position.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
