It is preferable that applicants have at least 2-3 years experience in restaurant management with 5+ years in restaurant service of some sort. Customer service and team mentoring is also a plus. This position is a Mid-Shift working 2pm-10pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Job description and most noteworthy requirements:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/facility including employee productivity and ensuring company protocols are being followed.
• Providing consistent leadership and direction to all employees.
• Assist staff with resolving any customer complaints, concerns, or questions.
• Ability to handle escalated customer complaints.
• Ability to assist fellow managers in all aspects of daily operations.
• Ability to train all FOH staff positions when necessary.
• Must be available to meet every week for managers meetings and offer advice for how to run the business most effectively and efficiently.
• Work effectively with Events Director for the functioning of events.
• Must develop an understanding of particular aspects of the business (i.e. FlightScope ball tracking technology and BigShots Golf software). This will be gained through training with hiring manager.
• Optimizing profits by helping to control costs.
• Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
• Must have ServSafe Certification (basic and managerial). Our business will pay for you to test and receive your ServSafe Manager's Certification if needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
