WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER

The TPPM will coordinate with academic partners to develop and implement applied research projects on the preserve. They develop and implement conservation strategies, employ a full range of protection tools to acquire varying degrees of legal interest in land, and implement a variety of strategies to secure public and private support for TNC conservation priorities. They build community support and maintain reserve areas frequented by the visiting public. The TPPM will work under minimal supervision, and make independent decisions based on analysis, experience and context.
