Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Talent Operations Coordinator for a global beverage company. Reporting to the Talent Operations Manager, the Talent Operations Coordinator (TOC) supports the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through off-boarding. The TOC provides balanced executional support to the Talent team, across all North American entities. RESPONSIBILITIES:

ONBOARDING

• Process relocations through the vendor portal
• Ensure premium onboarding experience from day 1 by conducting new hire onboarding calls

TALENT OPERATIONS CENTER SUPPORT

• Filing and maintenance of employee files
• Manage unemployment claims
• Assist in answering questions and issues within Zendesk related to IT, Payroll, and Benefits
• Complete Qualified Medical Support Notices
• Project support as needed

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & EDUCATION (IF APPLICABLE) REQUIRED

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 1+ years experience providing excellent customer service to ensure premium experiences for employees
• Must be a proactive problem solver and team player who is detail-oriented and flexible; a self-starter requiring minimal supervision with the ability to support requests from multiple directions
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player

Schedule: M-F, 9AM-5PM

At least 3 days a week in office.1-2 days remote is possible once onboarded/trained
