What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in the car wash or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in high turnover environments and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.

A day in your life might include…

· Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the car wash or hospitality industry

· Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs

· Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization

· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions

· Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including offer letters, background checks, and onboarding

· Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and candidate databases

· Analyze recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processes

· Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's talent acquisition strategies remain competitive

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on high turnover organizations in the car wash or hospitality industry

· MUST have high-volume experience

MUST have Multi-state experience

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies

· Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics

· Bilingual a plus
