Postal Center International is hiring a full-time Systems Analyst to work in our Weston office. This role will report to the Data Processing & Quality Control Manager. You will be working on various mail tracking platforms analyzing trends, supporting client requests, and providing reports.

General Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for mail tracking projects and support
• Technical and analytical lead for mail delivery and performance
• Respond to client requests as needed
• Review trends and implement business intelligence tools
• Work with software vendor to facilitate issue resolution
• Ability to contrast and compare similar data from different sources
• Create operational dashboards and reports
• Provide support for variable quality control operations and client requests
• Be able to manage multiple priorities
• Other Duties as assigned

Required Experience

• 2-3 years of strong technical expertise working with data
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Highly organized and working with priorities and deadlines
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• MS Excel/Jira/Confluence

Industry Experience (but not required)

• Print & Mailing Industry
• US Postal One
• BCC Mail Manager (NCOA, CASS)
• Mail Tracking Software (Track-N-Trace, Snail Works)
• Certified Mail Software (PB Send Pro Enterprise)
• USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM)
• USPS Informed Visibility
