We have an immediate opening for a Systems Administrator that can work a HYBRID scheduled with 2-3 days a week onsite in San Clemente CA.

This is a great opportunity for you to join the IT Team in supporting over 700 employees and over 100 stores.

In this role, you will support, administer, and maintain the company’s essential infrastructure. This includes but may not be limited to virtualization, servers, storage, disaster recovery, and monitoring integrity, availability, and security of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.

Position Summary:

• Responsible for configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the physical and virtual servers and other related technologies within a data center
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations
• Collaborate with network administrators and programmers
• Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to protect data
• Perform data back-ups and disaster recovery operations
• Responsible for Windows patch and device management, software licensing, and deployment automation
• Field end-user support calls, log service ticket resolutions within IT ticketing system and respond to support requests and ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate with vendors

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of systems administration or relevant IT experience.
• Experience in configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of the physical and virtual servers and other related technologies within a data center.
• Experience maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
• Midrange server experience
• Experience with Windows patch and device management, software licensing, and deployment automation

Preferred

• IBM Midrange Server
• POS Retail store installation and basic troubleshooting
• Bilingual Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
