We’re the System Experience Essentials team, and we exist to complete Apple systems with delightful, performant, essential applications and components. We’re looking for a motivated leader to develop our roadmap and lead us to make it reality. Is that you? We own clock (including alarm, timer, stopwatch), accounts, and calculation framework & apps, to name just a few things. And our roadmap has exciting plans as well as room for you to help define it. As engineering manager of the Essentials team, your responsibilities will range from defining and designing new features and products to organizing your team’s efforts and causally growing your engineers. You’ll also collaborate with outstanding engineering and cross-functional partners who will help you succeed and grow as we deliver incredible user experiences together.

Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent skills and work experience

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,000 and $260,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
