Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with a company that has facilities in the Beaver Dam, WI and West Bend, WI Areas - this position can be based out of either location - that provides consulting, engineering, architectural, surveying and construction management services exclusively to municipal clients that's looking to add direct hire/permanent Survey Crew Chiefs and Survey Technicians due to continued growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or above is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience - 2+ is preferred.
• Experience leading others is a plus.
• Experience and/or training with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design related programs is a plus.
• Self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and pay strong attention to detail.
