Sunweb arranges the salary, commission, flight, transport at the destination, and housing on your behalf. This can be a studio, shared apartment or hotel room. Your insurance is also regulated.

What does my week as a Sunweb Summer Guide look like?
Rise and shine! Your alarm goes off bright and early as the new guests arrive. You make sure your phone is fully charged and before you run out the door, you check to see if there are any last minute bookings and you're off to the airport.

Once you arrive at the airport you see that the flight has been delayed by an hour! The guests finally arrive, and with your cheerful smile, you welcome them, help them get over their delay, and show them to the transfer bus.

Within an hour all guests are on the bus and it's ready to leave. Before departure, you'll tell them a few interesting points regarding the destination and insist that they are about to embark upon a wonderful holiday. When the guest are off to their accommodation you leave the airport to your office, because a lot of things needs to be prepared and checked, like preparing new arrivals, checking complaints, making reservations for excursions and car rentals and do your administration. Don't forget to call the clients who asked for an other room. Every day is different.

The next day , you make a tour of all of the hotels, welcoming all the new guests and tell them the best local places to visit. The best restaurants, the must-sees, and the must-dos. With all the charisma you possess, you instruct the guests to go on the most beautiful excursions available at the destination.

You get an urgent phone call; one of our guests has the wrong room and they are not happy. You jump in your car and head to guests to help them. Due to your good relationship with the hotel, you go to the reception to get more information on why the guests were given the wrong room. After a simple, hassle-free chat you manage to sort out the issues and get the guests an upgrade due to the inconveniences caused. The guests are over-the-moon!
