We are seeking an energetic, highly-capable Store Manager for our Morrisville, PA location. The right candidate must excel at leading 10+ employee team members to meet high standards and achieve desired results.

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join the management team of a dynamic company. We are looking for a customer service driven leader with a comprehensive understanding of retail operations, merchandising, sales, and marketing at store-level.

Areas of Responsibility

• Manage the day to day operations of the store
• Lead a successful team through strong customer focus, product knowledge, good communication skills, and management proficiency
• Store ordering
• Product merchandising
• Inventory Management
• Implement specific sales programs and initiatives
• Provide a clean and well organized environment for customers and team members
• Recruitment, selection, retention of team members
• Scheduling, training and development of team members
• Team member management and motivation
• Ensure all company procedures and policies are followed by all team members
• Attend all corporate training meetings
• Support store operations in other areas as defined

Qualifications

• Capable of managing 10+ employees
• Retail Management experience a plus
• Familiar with tobacco and/or convenience store operations
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Attention to detail and proven organizational skills
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong merchandising skills
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
