Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Starts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is located in our Tomball, TX office. The perfect candidate would have experience in the administrative field and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming orders for complete/accurate information
- Entering/Linking Home Starts- Engineering, HVAC, and Attic Ventilation plans for home builders
- Uploading/Downloading documents to builder portals
- Tracking required services & documents internally for prompt customer delivery
- Delivery of completed starts packages & documents via email
- Communication liaison between builders and internal departments
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous Data Entry experience with a focus for attention to detail
- Advanced ability of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, ,etc.) and PDF
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
- Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills
- Must be motivated, self-starter, self-reliant. Good with prioritization, scheduling, goal setting and other key time management skills, tools and techniques
- Able to work well with others and under pressure
- Positive Attitude
- Must be able to adapt to fast pace and ever changing environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be available to work Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm
