Responsibilities:
Complete bank reconciliations for the company’s reporting entities- Complete and distribute the company’s cash balance report to senior management.
- Company liaison for the company’s corporate card program ensuring compliance and accuracy of all expense report submissions.
- Work collaboratively with the Client Services department
- General Ledger, including journal entries and account analyses, and reconciliations, as needed and/or required.
- Responsible for monthly reporting and responding to management inquiries.
- Develop and maintain complete, accurate, and organized work papers.
3+ years of experience in non-medical billing and general accounting experience- BS in Accounting preferred (Candidates with some accounting course work and/or more extensive work experience will be considered.)
- Strong math skills
- High attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Excel
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision and with Individuals at all levels of the organization.
