Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns for high net worth taxpayers, fiduciaries, and small businesses
• Provide family office services to high net-worth clientele
• Analysis and reconciliation of client’s records
• Communications with clients, advisors, and governmental tax agencies
• Provide support to senior level managers

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Meticulous attention to detail is essential
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to adapt to the paperless environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
• Professional, polished appearance
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Takes pride in their work product and is accountable for their efforts
• Enjoys learning new skills and taking on unfamiliar projects
• Bachelor degree is preferred
• New graduates and all majors are encouraged to apply
