Veralto

On September 14, 2022, Danaher announced its intention to separate its Environmental & Applied Solutions segment to create an independent, publicly traded company. The new company will be called Veralto and will be comprised of an outstanding collection of market-leading brands in Danaher's Environmental and Applied Solutions (EAS) segment: Hach, ChemTreat, Trojan, OTT HydroMet, and McCrometer from Danaher's Water Quality Platform and Videojet, Esko, X-Rite Pantone and Linx from the Product Identification Platform. The EAS segment generated revenue of approximately $4.8 billion in 2022 and has a global team of approximately 16,000 associates.

About The Role

As the Sr. Unified Communications Engineer, you’re at the core of one of the largest services in our global organization. As part of a small group of technology experts, you will identify, recommend, and implement innovative solutions and best practices to continuously improve, expand and protect our Unified Communication Services supporting more than 18,000 associates worldwide. Your experience in the collaboration industry will allow you to lead migrations and integrations related to our Unified Communication Services to support the growth of Veralto’s businesses through, for example, acquisitions.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design, build, grow, automate and continuously improve our Unified Communication Services through self-learning, training, collaboration with other industry experts and understanding and translating the need of our customers.
  • Secure our Services to continuously protect our customers, businesses and brands. You will work closely with our Information Security team to validate policy, configuration and identify new threats.
  • Collaborate with a large internal IT group and lead or help others to solve complex problems.
  • Lead migrations to and from Microsoft 365, including Phone System integrations with Microsoft Teams
  • Mentor, guide, train the support/operations teams through online sessions, documentation and site visits.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • You have at least 5 years hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise operations where teamwork, communication, scripting, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
  • A proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
  • Learning is something you continuously like to do, you can work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision while playing a key role in a global, virtual team.
  • To you a good script is as much fun as reading a good book; It is in your nature to deliver secure and reliable systems and services.
  • You have significant expertise in the following technologies:
  • (Azure) Active Directory
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Video & Audio Conferencing
  • Voice Services (such as AudioCodes)
  • Scripting with PowerShell
  • Microsoft Windows Server technologies.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements.
  • Highly collaborative, successful in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
  • Detail and results oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $148,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
