Position Summary
A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
employees for the company. They factor in the long-term goals of the organization and acknowledge that
people play a huge role in our success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
•• Leverage exceptional full-cycle recruiting skills in managing the process and job candidates, while maintaining effective and positive partnerships with hiring managers.
•• Apply LinkedIn recruiter expertise to creative and savvy sourcing skills.
•• Meet or exceed Talent Acquisition metrics.
•• Utilize ATS (Success Factors)
•• Close candidates during the offer process
•• Participate in interview debrief meetings and share perspective

Education, Experience, and Qualifications
•• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
•• 1+ years successful full cycle recruiting experience
•• Self-driven with a desire to learn and grow
•• Ability to lead without authority
•• Superior communication skills and demonstrated aptitude in accessing and influencing decision makers

  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a
computer monitor.
  • Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen and give presentations as needed.
  • Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel and applicants.
  • Working Environment:
  • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned
  • cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 25% travel.
