ABOUT THE POSITION
This role is critical member of the Global HR Systems team who is a subject matter expert and consultant to the business and functional leaders to optimize our integrations landscape. This role is responsible for leading the expansion and ongoing support of HR integrations systems. It will support the governance process, road mapping, solutioning, and delivery of approved work within the HR portfolio.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You will Architect, develop, support, and manage complex new integration solutions in the HR integration landscape including Workday to payroll (ADP), benefits, recruiting, and other HRIS systems
You continuously improve the HR integration landscape by analyzing existing solutions, validating business requirements, discovering root issues, and providing sustainable high-quality solutions
You support governance process, road mapping exercises and cross functional resource planning
Oversight of daily maintenance of system health and functionality
You are the source of escalation for Tier 3 system issues
YOU ARE

YOU HAVE
5+ years of Workday integrations architecture and development experience is required with an applied knowledge of building and supporting complex Workday integrations (EIB, Connectors, PECI, WECI, CCW, etc.).
Strong Workday Studio (including boomerang) and Workday Extend experience.
Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) required.
Technical experience with XML and XSLT required.
Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements and to provide recommended solutions for prioritization within the HR portfolio of work.
Design and implementation of ETL processes and use of ETL tools experience required.
ADP integration experience preferred.
Salary Range: 97,800.00 - 163,400.00 USD Annual
