RemoteThe Sr. Campus Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of college student hiring. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with an assigned group of Universities and managing the full life cycle of recruiting for a large portfolio of requisitions to attract the very best talent to join this great company. This will be accomplished by strategically executing creative and meaningful on campus and virtual engagements while working collaboratively with hiring managers to source, recruit and hire candidates at the collegiate level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with an assigned group of Universities including Career Centers, Faculty, Diversity Organizations, and related student organizations. Develop strategic plans for each University assigned and collect data to manage effectiveness of engagements
- Responsible for one or more of the of the following areas: Strategy development and implementation for Minority Serving Institutions, select National Diversity Conferences, PW Summer Internship program or related organizational initiatives
- Support and manage select on-campus recruiting events, on-campus interviews, and national diversity conferences. Travel is required during peak recruiting season of the fall and spring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles
- Facilitate the identification and selection of world-class diverse talent using multiple sourcing methods and make candidate recommendations to hiring managers
- Prepare compensation details for offers
- Partner effectively with HR partners related to compliance, onboarding, and other processes
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts at assigned Universities to help identify, pipeline and source qualified candidates
- Screen qualified candidates and submit to hiring managers for consideration.
- Provide complete, accurate, timely and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position to ensure world-class candidate experience
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pratt & Whitney, your assigned business unit(s) and the aerospace industry
- Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments with a sense of urgency to the business as well as internal and external candidates.
- Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and OFCCP / EEOC guidelines
- Utilize compliant and effective data management techniques in our real-time applicant tracking system
- Will work closely with leadership to understand talent strategies and recruiting related recruiting needs and implications
- Partner with Program Leads to effectively carry out responsibilities
- Use data analysis to assist in making recruiting and sourcing related decisions
- Develop and lead training sessions for hiring managers and event participants
- Other projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field
- 1+ year(s) in a corporate Campus Programs, Campus Recruiting University Relations, organization
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building, managing multiple priorities and attention to detail
- Experience developing, implementing and manage campus programs and events
- Must be willing to travel (overnight) during peak recruiting season (Up to 30%) to execute on-campus recruiting and hiring events.
- US Citizenship required due to government contracts

- Geographically located within a commutable distance to a Pratt & Whitney facility in East Hartford, CT or West Palm Beach Florida

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
