Responsibilities:
- Work cooperatively with physicians to develop an appropriate treatment and care plan specific to the patient and their physicians' report
- Assess the environment, especially as it relates to safety
- Report patient’s response to treatment or changes in condition to the Director of Nursing and physician
- Prepare clinical and progress summaries as well as discharge planning. Submit documents to Director of Nursing
- Treat patients, family, and staff with courtesy and respect
- Submit accurate and timely documentation
- Graduated from a speech therapy accredited program.
- Successfully completed a period of supervised fieldwork experience required by the recognized educational institution where the applicant met the academic requirement of the educational program
- State license in MN
- One (1) years of appropriate experience as a speech therapist
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality
