In Home Care Group is looking for a caring and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for patients in the home health setting.
Coverage Areas needed:
Santa Clara County - Milpitas / San Jose / Santa Clara / Campbell / Los Gatos / Saratoga / Cupertino / Sunnyvale / Mountain View / Los Altos / Palo Alto
Job Responsibilities:
To develop and provide plan of care of speech therapy services. This may include, but will not be limited to:
Conduct evaluations, re-assessments (as needed), follow up visits, and discharges
Qualifications:
Valid California SLP license
BLS/CPR
CA Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Home Health experience preferred
