Position Overview: The Specialist, HR Technology administers, tests and supports the development of the organization’s global HR technology system. This position is responsible for maintenance, delivery and storage of all required HR data, data analytics and electronic storage and sharing of HR records.
Location: Getzville, NY or Ballantyne, NC
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the global Human Resources Information System (HRIS), SAP SuccessFactors, on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and HR teams to standardize and build processes supported by the configuration of HR systems
  • Manages data integrations into HR systems globally
  • Provides data analytics for the business and the HR team through report writing and enabling appropriate data access.
  • Functions as the Beta tester for all new and/or updated systems
  • Identifies training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs.
  • Serves as an interface between internal/external customers and the functional team members to ensure effective definition of and delivery of HR technology applications.
  • Provides proper governmental reporting and compliance, where necessary.
  • Document HRIS processes and procedures and provide suggestions to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of HRIS modules and integration with other HR/business systems.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:
  • Analytical Focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Team-oriented
  • Self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or Human Resources program with analytical focus, or related quantitative disciplines
  • Previous experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS preferred
