The Sous Chef position has flexible scheduling to accommodate almost anyone. We are hiring full and/or part-time.

  • Sous station capable.
  • Training and monitoring cooking online.
  • Strong expediter skills are essential.
  • Ordering and inventory skills are helpful.
  • Assisting the head chef in preparing food and attending to any culinary tasks that arise.
  • Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.

Sous Chef Requirements:
  • Manual dexterity to operate cooking tools such as knives.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Physical endurance to work in a busy environment.
