Nightjar in Berea is hiring a Sous Chef.

We started a burger & cocktail spot inside Native Bagel Company in late 2021, and are now looking to replace the add a key position to our kitchen team. From slinging smashburgers to helping prep for service in our all-scratch kitchen, this position will be a key member of our small-but-mighty kitchen crew.

We are looking for someone with solid kitchen experience- at least 2 years time in a kitchen.

We offer a competitive salary that includes pooled tips with all staff, both FOH and BOH, a set schedule with two days off in a row, a friendly, low-drama work environment, room to be creative, and paid time off after a year of employment.
