We are looking for a talented Software Technologist who is responsible for supporting LINK’s On-Road durability testing team. This position will support the “software integrity” and “fast feedback” teams to ensure our customer owned fleets have the latest software strategies as well as the appropriate hardware.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer’s durability fleet ensuring software is the correct level
  • Swapping hardware to support the correct software flashes are allowed
  • Understanding and usage of manufacturer’s diagnostics tools/application
  • Implementation of new software updates requested by the customer
  • Reconfigure and recalibrate any offline modules after a software flash
  • Document and record all vehicle updates performed

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED minimum
  • 2 years relevant work experience with software flashing and vehicle updates (automotive preferred)
  • Proven written and verbal communications abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with customer owned flashing tools and diagnostic devices.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment on all aspects of test project execution.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer service

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Good work ethic and interpersonal skills
Other:
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends (as needed)
