ERP Integration Project Manager

Alluvia is a revolutionary integration platform helping medium sized companies integrate eCommerce, CRM, EDI, 3PL, and Shipping apps with their ERP system.

This position is based out of our Montebello, NY office. Candidates must be within commuting distance or be willing to relocate at their own expense prior to starting work.

Summary

We are looking for an ERP Integration Project Manager who will be working on multiple active integration projects at any given time supporting our integration team. Projects consist of intermideate to complex ERP integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating with the integration team as well as taking on a very visible client facing role.
• Create project schedules for complex integration initiatives and ensure agreement by both internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand each project’s integration requirements to ensure alignment with the integration team and client.
• Identify and control scope creep.
• Create status reports for weekly distribution to all key stakeholders.
• Utilize Alluvia’s Project Management System to create and update projects on a regular basis.
• Assist in documentation creation as related to projects, support, training, etc.
• Take ownership of assigned integration projects to ensure KPI goals are met.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a client facing project management capacity.
• Project management, business and/or technical experience in the ERP, EDI, CRM, or eCommerce space.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
• High energy, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Eagerness to expand your skills as related to Alluvia’s business.

Preferred Experience

• SAP Business One, SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP platforms
• eCommerce application experience such as Shopify, Magento, ShipStation, etc.
• Application integration experience
• SQL Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
