We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, creative, personable, professional and fun Social Media Manager to create and maintain a strong online presence for our clients and our firm. Your role is to implement or manage online marketing strategies through social media accounts as well as analyze and strategize on customer campaigns on behalf of our clients and our firm to gain reach and engagement with customers.

If you are a creative, tech-savvy professional with strong writing skills, an interest in communicating and engaging the public via social media and through online channels, we would like to meet you.

You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our clients and their brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. This will involve monitoring social media accounts, implementing Google Ads campaigns, creating and promoting eblasts.

Responsibilities

Research audience preferences and discover current trends

Create engaging text, image and video content

Coordinate with Account Manager to develop and implement campaigns across social media platforms and marketing channels

Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products

Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness

Communicate Regularly with Clients and other agency teammates via phone, text, or email

Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans

Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics

Oversee social media accounts’ layout and paid advertisement

Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

Create and implement social media Ad campaigns

Requirements

Excellent Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
Working Knowledge of Creative Software for Graphics Creation (i.e. In-Design, Photoshop, Canva)

Detail Oriented

Proven work experience with social media to promote and grow business

Expertise in multiple social media platforms and social media paid advertising

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels

Multitasking and analytical skills

Knowledge of MailChimp

In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager & Ad Manager

Job Type: Full-time
